Meditation Made Easy

Learn the tools and practices of meditation

There are few practices that are as simple and as beneficial to health as meditation. Meditation is the act of picking a neutral focus and letting go of all other thoughts by returning to that focus. My clients replied to my suggestion at meditation by saying they are not good at it. I respond that because of that it makes it even more important for them to do it. Meditation is simple but not necessarily easy. Below I list a some of the many benefits of Meditation and simple ways to get started.

Get comfortable. Focus on your breath. When you are aware of other thoughts, come back to your breath.

Be patient with yourself.  It is not easy at first but as you practice, you understand that losing your focus is part of the process and it becomes easier and easier to come back to your breath.
